Interesting video on TED about the power and role of advertising. Kind of ties together with what I just read, "The Lost Symbol." I'll ignore the Dan Brown haters, thank you. Sutherland talks about the power of placebos and how our perception of people, objects, etc. effect it's worth. Just as Brown's book discusses the power of the mind. Like confidence - if we believe we can do something, we can. Does any of this make sense? It all made sense in my head.

Now if only I can get past recent Facebook shenanigans of this morning that sort of threw off my day. And focus on what the book taught me - to control my own thoughts and find the "God" & power within me. hmm
